I have a confession… I'm a big fan of acronyms. It's an efficient way of saying something and getting right to the point. I feel like this song, not just in the acronym, goes right into it. The concept in the video, the words… Vince minces no words and yet explains it perfectly.

Before I get back to my workflow… can I say it bothers me when people say an artist is underrated? I'll be the first to admit I've said it too but I'm trying to work that term out of my vocabulary. Like, YOU know how good the artist is…so share the song like it’s the gospel. Yea, everyone likes awards, money or various accolades that come with the mainstream approval. But real art is about the music. Amerie is a REAL artist. If you see it, share it and be honored to listen to the magic.

Two albums so far (that I know of) and… I'm still impressed. If 6lack isn't on your daily playlist, we have little in common. There's a vibe but also an authenticity that comes from his songs. He makes being a fan fun because you know you are going to get quality from his work.
Also, can I just say… J. Cole came with a bag full of style on this. Really appreciated his syncopation on this beat. He gave the track what was needed.
