PARTYNEXTDOOR ft. Drake: Work

We know this song.  We know/I know and can admit that Rihanna killed this song. Right? Right.  Still,it's always nice to step back and enjoy the way the originator sings it.  Enter PARTYNEXTDOOR.

He's been blowing up and steadily on the rise...he could have easily done the song but went with Rhianna and it's been a hit ever since.  The rest is history.  Or Work.

Enjoy the song.  Enjoy his version.  Hell, play them back to back (pun intended).  It's worth the listen.

BTW: Drakes feature is still on it if you like the song for a certain MC with bars. -Salute

Olatunji: Oh Yay

I love African music.  I love soca music.  So when I was put on by a co-worker to some new African music, lately I’ve been finding little time for anything else.  Then this song came around and made my world stop twice:-)  Afrosoca!  Lemme repeat that one more time...

Afro.

Soca.

Mind. Blown!  Olatunji...you have yourself a new fan.

“I don't know bout you

but when I’m on the road

and I’m in the mood

you know I’m not sober

she grip me like I’m her lover”

Expect more African sounds to make its way on lovemoodmusic.com But this mood is brought to you by Krista Martins.  Don’t know her?  Check out her fitness Soca class here! You won’t be disappointed.

Back to this song though...playing "Oh Yay" makes me fast forward my troubles…it just makes me want to dance/groove.  Find that lil corner of the club and…I digress…again lol.

“I love how you move yuh body come,

come shawty wuk it for meh

I'm here standing nothing to say

cause your lips them look so good like plenty cherry”

The song is a worry conqueror.  Any stress goes out the window.  So enjoy!  If anyone knows of any additional Olatunji songs feel free to share.  Thanks Krista for sharing your mood!
